will bring you directly to the location. The access road is a single-track farm lane, with passing opportunities at the top and bottom of the hill. Please be aware especially in the summer months for agricultural traffic.
Due to the lightly uneven nature of the ground and the possibility of soft ground during wet periods we would not be able to guarantee that the field is fully accessible. The access gate onto the field from the car parking area measures 125cm wide, with a slight rise over the gate frame.
On arrival we recommend that you park your car in the Wild Wuffas dog secure parking area (left hand side at the bottom of the hill). The gate pulls open and can be secured onto the fence using the chain and clasp. Once parked, please close the gate behind you, the area is then dog safe. You can happily let your dog(s) out of the car and enjoy your time at Wild Wuffas.
If you arrive a little earlier than expected and the previous customer is still loading and leaving, to avoid any sort of confrontation of the dogs, please park in the waiting area (right hand side of the lane opposite the entrance), leaving sufficient space for them to manoeuvre out. Please keep your dog in your car until the previous customer has safely left the parking area.
One session with one dog is £10, each extra dog costs £2 with a maximum of 6 dogs (£20). All sessions last for 50 minutes, starting on the hour. If booking 2 consecutive sessions the time will begin on the hour of the 1st session and end 1 hour 50 minutes later.
Once session is booked you have the sole use of the field.
As the field is for sole use, we do not restrict the breed of dog that can use the facility, but if you do have a dog that carries restrictions enforced by the law, then these need to be strictly adhered to and any proof of insurance, chips etc would need to be provided. Any questions or concerns then please call or email us.
Bookings must be made over the website www.wildwuffas.co.uk Please try not to arrive too early before your booked time and also ensure that you have vacated the field, leaving it secure, after your booked time. This will help to avoid any meeting of ‘strange’ dogs, or passing problems on the access road. Should you arrive whilst the previous customer is still leaving please keep your dog(s) in your vehicle until the field is vacated.
